In Sessions, you work one on one with only one expert Strategist who is holistically certified and holds experience with 35+ Meditation, Mindfulness, Somatics, Energy Healing, Coaching modalities and methodologies. Sessions are focused to achieve your goals and objectives well defined at the very beginning through a Mindfulness Assessment which is supported with a Wellness Strategy that is best suited for your Mind-Body-Energy™ (MBE).

Energy Work is like a master dose or a booster to integrate the healing from the Soul into the Mind & Body. These sessions allow healing to take place from the soul level and mainly working on clearing and cleansing the restrictions on the life force energy in your auric field and progressing you through life, health, relationship and work situations by energizing. From Parents Health conditions, Childs unreasonable behaviors, and for individuals feeling stuck, unclear, fogged in their mind and body, this is a great place to begin if you don’t have much time to invest in the self work but want to get going. These sessions are available for online or distant sessions only. This package can be combined with Holistic Sessions for an add on offline combination.
Reading Session
A single consultation, reading session in a one on one format to find quick answers and a direction to move past testing times and progressing your way through various intervals of life. This Reading Consultation Session is available online and offline. We recommend booking these when you are just seeking answers to move forward and clear your mind.
Sessions with Teens
A journey to lasting transformations and developing the fundamental mastery of focus, confidence and resilience through a positive mental health system. The inculcates clear communication, clairty, emotional regulation, academic focus, overall health, interpersonal skills, interpersonal skills and much more. These sessions are available online and offline.
