Each program is offered in a private one-on-one format, with one or more experts working simultaneously to bring your mind, body, and life force into synchronicity. For best results, we recommend a maximum of two programs at a time.

Our holistic wellness programs integrate a wide range of practices including Somatic Body Work, Talk Therapy, Energy Work, Embodiment, Energy Healing, more than 100 types of Meditations, Breathwork, and other proven mindfulness techniques. These sessions are conducted both offline and, in most cases, conveniently online—making them accessible to individuals everywhere.

Sleep Program

Our Sleep Program is designed to help you achieve lasting transformation and restful nights. Often, overthinking, restless energy, or daily stressors can keep you awake for long hours. The root causes may include body aches and pains, feeling stuck in life, high caffeine intake, constant worry about others’ opinions, or an anxious nervous system.

Through a combination of Talk Therapy with Neuro-Coaching, Body Work, and the option of Sound Healing, our Sleep Program addresses both the mind and body. This holistic approach helps you release tension, calm your thoughts, and create the inner balance needed for deep, restorative sleep

Space Alignment for Wellbeing

It’s not just another Vastu consulting, but an indepth alignment program for your space – personal and work spaces with our Expert Acharya Garima Bagla. She uses a layered approach considering the 5 elments of nature, the highest degree of Vastu education, Astrology, Colour Therapy, Research and Energy Healing with Intuiitve guidance to align your space in a way that unlocks the highest potential as best timed. The best part is, all of this happens with a subtle or vibrant aesthetic uplighting and sprucing of your space without any reconsctrution. She also closely works with your Interior Designer or Architect if required, as this allows you to enjoy the process without any stress nor worry about the details.
